RENT:
Rent is due prior to each semester.
If you are not able to make this payment, rent can be
paid in three installments with an additional $10 per
payment processing fee.
DEPOSIT: A
deposit of $125.00 is required within one week of your filling
out the online application. The deposit will be returned
at the end of the semester(s) signed up for, if the apartment
is left clean, and in good repair.

MULTIPLE SEMESTER DISCOUNT: If you
purchase two semesters at one time, you will have a $25
discount applied to your second semester.
CANCELLATIONS: All
cancellations must accompany a written explanation. A $50 fee will
be charged on all cancellations. No refunds will be made without 46
days notice prior to beginning contract date. You must sell your
own contract if you decide to cancel 45 days or less from the
beginning contract date.
